No! For 1:1 PT and for access to Misty Alana Body Fit’s small group training you will need to visit Revo Fitness at any of the locations as advertised. But all training, nutrition, and coaching programs are available online.

Do I have to attend a gym to follow a Misty Alana Body Fit program?

No! Misty Alana Body Fit’s programs are adapted to YOUR lifestyle and your style of training. This includes outdoor training or home programs. You state how you would like to train and your program is built around that.

Are there vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free nutrition plans available?

Yes! Misty herself was vegetarian for over 13 years before recently adding seafood to her diet. She also eats largely dairy-free and gluten-free. All nutrition plans are personally designed to cater for YOU; your lifestyle, any allergies, any food intolerances or preferences.

Do I have to weigh my food?

Not for the lifestyle nutrition plan. Alternative measurement guides can be given if you do not wish to weigh your food. However, it is HIGHLY recommended that you weigh your food on the Macro Nutrition Plan.

If I no longer want weekly coaching, how do I cancel my direct debit?

After a period of 4 weeks you can cancel your weekly coaching any time. This must be in writing to Your coaching will finish the Sunday of that week.
